By accessing or using Curious Techie (accessible at curious-techie.com and related domains), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our platform immediately.
02Permitted & Acceptable Fair Use
Curious Techie provides utilities for software developers, security analysts, network engineers, and students. You are granted a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the tools for personal, open-source, and commercial development workflows, subject to the following fair use rules:
- Prohibition on Abuse: You agree not to launch automated Denial of Service (DoS) attacks, brute-force attacks, or abusive automated scraping against the hosting network.
- Lawful Security Testing: Tools intended for security auditing (such as CORS Checker, CSP Builder, and ReDoS Tester) must only be utilized against systems, domains, and endpoints that you own or have explicit authorization to test.
- Reverse Engineering: Our open-source client-side scripts are free to inspect; however, cloning or distributing fraudulent deceptive copies designed to phish developers is strictly prohibited.
03Intellectual Property Rights
The Curious Techie design system, logos, educational guides, branding assets, and specialized software codebases are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
Your Data Ownership: You retain 100% intellectual property ownership of any code, tokens, JSON structures, cryptographic keys, or image assets that you process through our tools. We claim zero ownership or rights over your inputs.
